GETTING TO THE BRISBANE INTERATIONAL CRUISE TERMINAL
Car parking is operated by Wilson Parking.

TERMINAL FACILITIES
When you arrive, you can check your luggage into the Baggage Drop, located in the Plaza Area near the main building entrance. Please do not leave any baggage unattended as it poses a security risk.

Yes, friends and family are welcome to see you off on your cruise however must remain in the public areas on the ground floor. There is a café that serves hot and cold drinks and light snacks as well as a gift shop located at the cruise terminal, open on cruise days.
All parking at the BICT must be booked in advance via the Wilson Parking website.
CUSTOMS, IMMIGRATION AND SECURITY
If needed, assistance can be provided for passengers with special requirements, including:
- wheelchairs
- mobility or walking aids
- medical implants or artificial limbs
- assistance animals
- prams.
A Tourist Refund Scheme is available at the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal. It is located in the Immigration area on level 1, near the entrance of the elevated passenger walkway. You will need to have a printed receipt of your purchase.

GENERAL PUBLIC ACCESS
No - only passengers who have checked-in and passed through security and immigration requirements can board the cruise ship. All other visitors must remain in the public areas on the ground floor.

Unless you are dropping or collecting a passenger in the two-minute passenger set down area, you will need to pay for car parking while you stay. Car parking must be booked in advance.
