VOLUNTARY ACCESS UNDERTAKING ANNUAL REPORTING 

The Port of Brisbane has a voluntary undertaking to provide access to port services and facilities on an indiscriminate basis. Please click here to see our Voluntary Access Undertaking document.
There were no requests for access or instances of non-compliance during the 2021-22 reporting period.

HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY POLICIES

The Health & SafetyEnvironment and Quality Policies outline our commitment to minimising harm to persons, property, process and the environment, and to continuous improvement of our planning and practices.

PROCUREMENT 

Port of Brisbane purchases goods and services from a large range of suppliers and contractors. To assist with the timely settlement of invoices as per agreed terms, please follow the invoicing requirements detailed below:

  • All invoices must have a Port of Brisbane Pty Limited (PBPL) Purchase Order number which includes leading letters and trailing numbers – this will be provided by your PBPL contact. Please do not include any spaces or extra characters in the sequence.

  • Depending on the nature of the business, all invoices must be sent to accounts.payable@portbris.com.au and/or contractadmin@portbris.com.au

PRIVACY POLICY

The Privacy Policy informs individuals on how we collect and deal with personal or private information PBPL obtains when providing services and information for its business operation and to comply with the law.

WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY

The Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd (PBPL) is committed to upholding the values and behaviour outlined in PBPL's Code of Conduct including complying with all applicable laws and practices. The Whistleblower Policy forms part of PBPL's risk management framework.

REPORTING CONCERNS

If you have any concerns, or become aware of a breach or have a reasonable suspicion of a breach, you are urged to speak up.  

Please contact your PBPL contact, another PBPL Manager or Executive Leader to discuss any matters of concern.  

Eligible Whistleblowers may also report disclosable matters to PBPL’s Whistleblowing Officer or STOPLine (PBPL’s externally managed service to receive whistleblowing disclosures), in accordance with PBPL’s Whistleblower Policy.
