GETTING TO THE BRISBANE INTERNATIONAL CRUISE TERMINAL
LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS
The Brisbane International Cruise Terminal is located at 1 Cruise Terminal Drive, Pinkenba (also known as ‘Luggage Point’).
Some GPS systems may not yet recognise the new address. If this is the case, use Marine Road, which becomes Cruise Terminal Drive.
The cruise terminal is located at the mouth of the Brisbane River, only 15 minutes’ drive (12 km) from Brisbane Airport and 30 minutes’ drive (21 km) from the CBD and is close to major arterial roads including the Gateway Motorway and Kingsford Smith Drive.
GETTING HERE
You can travel to the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal by private vehicle, taxi or rideshare, and there is long and short-term paid car parking available onsite. Please see further information below.
The Brisbane International Cruise Terminal is not currently serviced by public transport.

The driver must remain with the vehicle at all times.
If you are picking up a passenger, they must be ready for collection.
If your passenger is not ready to be collected and there are other drivers waiting to use the bays, you will be asked to leave the area and return when your passenger is ready.
Important: Vehicles longer than 6.5 metres, or any vehicle with a trailer, cannot enter the drop off loop – they must proceed to the Coach & Shuttle Area.

There is a dedicated taxi rank (for pick up and drop off) located approximately 120 metres from the building entrance with passenger access via an undercover walkway. This area includes two accessible car park bays with ramps.

If you require use of an accessible parking bay, your driver can use the accessible parking bays in the 2-minute Passenger Pick-up & Set Down area at the front of the terminal building.
If being picked up by a rideshare driver, you must be ready for collection, so please do not book your rideshare until after you have exited the terminal building and are ready to be picked-up in the designated area.

Limousines longer than 6.5 metres – or any vehicle with a trailer – must only use the Coach & Shuttle Area, and only with prior permission from PBPL/Wilson Parking.
Chartered connections seeking to transfer passengers to/from the BICT must seek prior agreement from PBPL/Wilson Parking.

Only coaches / buses that are pre-booked by the cruise lines operating from the terminal that day are permitted to access the BICT site.
Offsite car parking shuttle operators or chartered connections seeking to transfer passengers to/from the BICT must seek prior agreement from PBPL/Wilson Parking via email.
All pre-agreed chartered connections / offsite car parking shuttles must use the Coach & Shuttle area.
