
Guy is an independent non-executive Director. He was appointed Chairman of Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd on 17 February, 2021.
Guy is currently Chairman of Queensland Sugar Limited, Stahmann Webster Group, and Winson Group, and is a Director of Santos.
Guy had a 23-year career with Shell International in various senior commercial and financial roles. His last two roles were as CFO and Director of Shell Oil US and CFO of Shell Nigeria. He was CFO of Fonterra Co-operative Ltd between 2005 and 2009.
He is a former Chair of Health and Plant Protein Group Limited (2018 to 2021), and a past Director of UGL Limited (2008 to 2017) where he chaired the Health and Safety Committee. Guy is also a former Director of Coffey International (2012 to 2016) and Ludowici Limited (2009 to 2012).
Guy holds a Bachelor of Science (Engineering and Social Studies) (Hons) from the University of Sussex, and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, UK.

Matt David joined the Board of Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd (PBPL) in July 2021. Matt is a Principal in QIC’s Global Infrastructure team, where his role covers investment and asset management activities across government, social and transport sub-sectors. QIC’s Global Infrastructure team manages over $20 billion in infrastructure assets.
Matt has over 15 years of experience within the infrastructure sector across both civil engineering and finance roles. Prior to joining QIC, Matt was an Associate Director with Capella Capital focusing on origination, financial advisory and delivery of social, PPP and other concession-based assets. During this time he worked across a range of infrastructure transactions including rail, ports, logistics, convention centres, and social and affordable housing.
Matt is a member of the Board of Directors of Titles Queensland, the company delivering titles registry services as part of the State Government’s Queensland Future Fund initiative. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.

Jacqui Walters joined the Board of Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd in August 2023. Jacqui is an experienced Senior Executive and non-executive Director who has worked across many industries including transport, infrastructure and professional services. She has a strong international track record in establishing new businesses and organisational reform and transformation. Jacqui has advised local, state and federal government organisations on improving major capital project performance and infrastructure performance.
Jacqui is a non-executive Director and Chair of the Risk and Audit Committee of Slater & Gordon and Development Victoria, and a non-executive Director of not-for-profit organisation, Uniq You. She is a Partner of Era Innovation and Advisory and is the National Rail Manufacturing Advocate.
Jacqui previously served as the inaugural Chair of CleanCo Queensland, a renewable energy generator and retailer, as a non-executive Director of Second Bite and a board member of Building Queensland. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Gregory Lovell joined the Board of Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd in April 2024 and is an Investment Director in the La Caisse infrastructure team. His role includes the investment and management of infrastructure assets across Australia and New Zealand. He is also responsible for the management activities of selected Plenary assets.
Gregory has over 14 years of experience in infrastructure investment, mergers and acquisitions and asset governance, including at Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Gregory holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science and Master of Commerce (Hons) from The University of Melbourne. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Plenary Asia Pacific and six PPP projects (Centre for AgriBioscience, Melbourne Convention Centre, Casey Hospital, South Australian Police and Courts, Single LEAP 1 and Single LEAP 2).

Andrew Cridland joined the Board of Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd in September 2025. Andrew is an accomplished executive with a career of over 30 years in commercial, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership within the port, maritime and logistics sectors. Andrew brings extensive experience leading national commercial strategy, operations, and terminal performance.
Recently, Andrew served as Head of Commercial & Corporate Affairs at DP World Australia, and prior to this at Pacific National Freight as National Business Development & Commercial Manager, overseeing commercial growth and managing revenue streams. Andrew’s expertise spans port and terminal operations leadership, government and regulatory negotiations, and the development of strategic partnerships.
Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cranfield University UK, a Certificate in Terminal Operations Management from the US Merchant Marine Academy, and a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University.

Rachel Johnson joined the Board of Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd in November 2025. She brings leadership, governance and infrastructure strategy experience from Australia's freight, logistics, ports, and infrastructure sectors, spanning both public and private sectors.
Rachel’s public sector experience includes Chief Executive Officer of the Victorian Ports Corporation (Melbourne) leading the organisation through transformational change, creating and operating the new public sector structure focused on safety, regulatory and environmental management. At Transport for NSW as Deputy Director General for Freight and Regional Development she led the development and delivery of the state's inaugural Freight and Ports Strategy. She was a member of the steering committees overseeing port lease transactions and the Finance and Investment Committee steering the forward investment in NSW transport assets and infrastructure.
Rachel's commercial experience includes senior roles at Linfox, Pacific National, Patrick Corporation, and GrainCorp.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Salford and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has completed executive programs at INSEAD, the University of Virginia, and the Australia and New Zealand School of Government.

Werner Kerschl was appointed to the Board of Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd in November 2025. Having joined IFM Investors in 2006, Werner is responsible for the origination and execution of infrastructure transactions and the related asset management. During his time at IFM Investors, Werner has worked on numerous successful global acquisitions including Anglian Water Group (UK), 50Hertz Transmission (Germany), GlasfaserPlus (Germany), Duquesne Light Holdings (USA), Baltic Hub (Poland), Naturgy (Spain) and the Defence Headquarters PPP (Australia). More recently, Werner was leading the acquisition of a stake in Vienna Airport (Austria) and SQ Renewables (Italy).
Werner has represented IFM Investors on numerous portfolio company boards, including Baltic Hub (Poland), Vienna Airport (Austria), Aqualia (Spain), Anglian Water Group (UK), 50Hertz Transmission (Germany), and is currently a board member of GlasfaserPlus (Germany) and SQ Renewables (Italy).
Prior to joining IFM Investors, Werner worked in the valuations team at PwC in Melbourne and the corporate finance team at KPMG in Vienna.
He holds a Master's degree in Business Consultancy from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt (Austria) and a Graduate Certificate in Business from Victoria University of Technology (Australia), along with being a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
