OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Our recruitment activities are designed to identify the best person for each job based on education, experience, aptitude and potential.
Once you’ve applied for a position, we’ll send you a confirmation email when the application process closes to recognise receipt of your application. Your resume should provide enough detail to easily identify if your skills match the job requirements. If you are shortlisted for the role, you will be contacted by telephone for an initial discussion and/or to arrange the next steps. We endeavour to keep all applicants updated on the recruitment process, and in the event that your application is unsuccessful, we will advise you via email.
All applications remain confidential. The information we collect during the selection process is used for employment purposes and will be treated confidentially.
We use behavioural based interview questions during our recruitment processes. We look for past examples that demonstrate your ability to meet the requirements of the role in behavioural terms. This helps us to determine both your 'fit‘ for the role and your ability to do the job. We use a variety of other selection tools to assess your ability to carry out all of the role requirements. Selection tools may include psychometric assessments, reference checks, fitness for work assessments, workplace assessments, qualification searches and background checks.
