QR National operates Seafreighter rail services on the North Coast Line, for importers and exporters between the BMT and QR National terminals in Central, North and Far North Queensland as well as the South Western line.

Seafreighter services are designed to carry containerised product in either 6.1m or 12.2m containers, with powered wagons offering refrigeration services to and from Rockhampton, Mackay and Townsville.

QR National also provides transport solutions to the cotton industry, in the form of fixed-consist train services.

Pacific National can provide services to and from the Port of Brisbane to Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
