Various land parcels are currently available for development NOW 

The Port of Brisbane offers major facilities including cargo wharves, cargo-handling infrastructure, motor vehicle storage and processing, warehousing and storage areas, bulk handling, storage and wharf facilities, container parks, logistics centres, and intermodal transport facilities. Opportunities currently exist for development of small and land parcels.

Additional Port land is progressively being reclaimed in accordance with prior approvals. The 230 hectare area known as 'Future Port Expansion' will be gradually reclaimed using materials sourced from maintenance and capital dredging during the next 15- 20 years.
