Dynamic Interactive Online Reporting (DIOR)

DIOR was launched on 13 March 2008 to a range of trade customers including shipping lines and agents, importers and exporters, freight forwarders, and terminal operators.

What are the benefits?

For a yearly subscription fee, customers can access the system to generate up-to-date, detailed, customised trade statistic reports.

Data can be filtered by a range of different criteria, including invoice date or arrival date. Reports can then be printed, or exported for use outside the program. Users can access port-wide data, or data specific to their business.

Can I access information about my competitors?

No, you can only access information about your individual business, or the port as a whole.
