Organisational Structure

The Corporation has a Chief Executive Officer and six main divisions that are responsible for ensuring that we meet our corporate objectives. A general manager, who is also a member of our Executive Team, leads each division.

We also have two special divisions - Northshore Development Group, which is responsible for the redevelopment of the port area at Hamilton, and Strategic Projects, which is responsible for the development of specific projects that are of a long-term strategic benefit to the port, particularly in the maritime sector.

The divisions are:
