Our Integrated Management System (IMS) is a tool to help all of us manage the many risks associated with operating a busy port. Our risk management strategy covers people, safety precautions, health protection, injury prevention, damage control, emergency plans, environmental effects and quality work practices and activities.

The IMS incorporates our policies, standards and other important information which underpin our approach to managing risk from a quality and efficiency perspective.
