As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, customer focus and compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, the Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd's (PBPL) quality program is based on the principles that identify, manage and evaluate our key business activities, and reduce process, people, health and safety risk.

The principles of planning, practices and people are key features of our Integrated Management System and are monitored for continuous improvement. Our Integrated Management System describes the way in which PBPL undertakes its activities and ensures a coordinated approach across the business.

PBPL is certified as ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System and AS/NZ 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety.
