You’ve applied for a position with us – what now?
We will send you a confirmation email when the position closes to recognise receipt of your application. Your resume should provide enough detail to easily identify if your skills match the job requirements. If you are shortlisted you will be contacted by telephone for an initial discussion and/or to arrange the next steps. We will contact you via email if your application has been unsuccessful.

The information that we collect during the selection process is used only for employment purposes. All information supplied to us throughout the selection process will be treated confidentially.
We use behavioural based interview questions during our interview processes. We are looking for past examples that demonstrate your ability to meet the requirements of the role in behavioural terms. This helps us to determine both 'fit' and your ability to do the job.
On occasion we use a variety of other selection tools to assess your ability to carry out all of the role requirements. Selection tools may include:
- Psychometric Assessment
- Reference Checks
- Fitness for Work Assessment
- Workplace Assessment
- Qualification Search
We not only need to know if you can do the job; we also need to know how well you can do the job. This may include working with others, interpersonal skills, teamwork, results focus, leading others etc.
