Family friendly
- Maternity leave – female employees receive 14 weeks paid maternity/adoption leave (after 12 months continuous service), one week pre natal leave and up to one year unpaid leave
- Parental leave – male employees are entitled to one week's paid parental/adoption leave, one day pre natal leave and up to one year unpaid leave
- Carers leave – all PBC people are entitled to five days carers leave to provide care and support for an immediate family member
- Office closure over Christmas – all PBC people are given one nominated ‘free’ day during the festive season to spend extra time with their family
- Childcare assistance – PBC has engaged a childcare search agency to assist our people when looking for a new childcare service.
